A2P Terms of Service for RTM Marketing Services LLC (RickyTheMarketer) A2P Verification Services.

By using RTM Marketing Services LLC's ("we," "us," or "our") A2P verification services, including messaging, Meta Ads management, and integrated automation pipelines, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide the following services ("Services"):

  • Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging and verification
  • Meta Ads management for advertising campaigns
  • SMS marketing and communication
  • Automated pipelines and client management tools via platforms like Go High Level

Your use of these services is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during interactions with our services, including your phone number, name, email, and line of work.
  • You acknowledge that messages and notifications may be sent via SMS, and you consent to such communications.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to A2P messaging and digital marketing.

You acknowledge that your data will be stored on and managed through platforms like Go High Level, and that data sharing is limited to necessary parties for service delivery.

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging in violation of applicable laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the services or servers
